The 8th APCESS Conference 2017 Dr. Bala, General Honorary Secretary of the Asian Council of Exercise and Sports Science (ACESS) with professional leaders around the world, Prof Mario G. The 8th APCESS Conference 2017 Dr. Bala, our Cougars President & General Honorary Secretary of the Asian Council of Exercise and Sports Science (ACESS), with Dr. Stephen Kopecky and his wife. Dr. Kopecky is a professor of Medicine and Attending Physician, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota. He was previously the Co-Director of the Coronary Care Unit of the Division of Cardiovascular Diseases at Mayo Clinic and the Medical Director for the Mayo Alliance for Clinical Trials.	The 8th APCESS Conference 2017 Cougar athletes and appointment holders like Vice-President Competitions Organising, Peggy, are given the opportunity to travel and research to broaden their minds and knowledge.

Inter Club 2016 Cheo took part in 10000m during the Inter Club 2016, held at Kallang Practice Track (KPT). 22 Oct - 23 Oct 2016. She came in 2nd place, winning the silver medal. Other Cougars - Peggy and Eunice also came down to support her. Peggy also competed in the 1500m, coming in 13th position. Malaysia Open 2016 Cheo took part in the Malaysia Open 2016, held at UM Arena, University Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. 30 Sept - 2 Oct 2016. She won bronze medals for both 10,000m and 1500m Women Open. Singapore National Games 2016 Cougars Honorary Secretary, Yew Cheo, came in 2nd for 1500m (5.28mins) and 3rd for 800m (2.41mins) at the recent Singapore National Games 2016!
